DAN MATHIS | DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC ANALYSIS AND INVESTMENTS

Dan is Leadership Now’s Director of Strategic Analysis and Investments, where he focuses on the group’s investment products and business planning. 

Prior to joining Leadership Now, he spent over 10 years as a management consultant, most recently serving as a Director at growth-strategy firm cg42. During his consulting tenure, Dan led business transformation projects for Fortune 100 companies in the aerospace, automotive, financial services, telecom, and technology industries Dan also served as Head of Strategy & Operations at Appex Group, a private equity-style software aggregator, leading work across M&A, portfolio value creation, and fundraising workstreams.

He holds a BSFS from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and has been a Young Professional member with Leadership Now since 2018.
