JOHN T. FEES

John T. Fees is a serial entrepreneur and leader of innovative technology enabled businesses that operate at the intersection of affinity, education and financial service markets.  

He co-founded NGI Group that owns and operates two insurance technology operating businesses GradGuard, the largest provider of insurance programs to colleges and universities and Bindable, a digital insurance technology and services platform that enables affinity distribution.  Prior to NGI, Fees co-founded and successfully led Y2M: Youth Media + Marketing Networks that was acquired by Viacom and Members Connect, that was acquired by JP Morgan Chase. 

Fees is a graduate of Arizona State University, where he received a bachelors of science degree in History and is also a graduate of Harvard Business School where he completed a Masters in Business Administration.  He is also the chair of Education Forward Arizona, the leading education attainment organization in Arizona and a co-founder of Pathways to Learning that operates transformational camp programs to inspire greater attainment.  He lives in Phoenix, Arizona and is married to Melissa Soza Fees, Ph.D. and is the father of five children.
