Katherine Cousins is the CEO of Quay Eyewear, a global brand based in San Francisco. Previously, she was President of the Lifestyle footwear division at Wolverine Worldwide, overseeing brands like Sperry, Keds, and Hush Puppies. She also held leadership positions at Timberland, Kodiak, Terra, and Work Authority under VF Corporation. Earlier in her career, Katherine worked as a management consultant for Dalberg Global Advisors in New York and Geneva. She is a co-founder and board member of the Leadership Now Project and serves on the board of 1% For the Planet, an environmental nonprofit.

Katherine earned her BS from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a CEP from Sciences-Po in Paris.
