Justin Drachtman

Justin Drachtman is the Business Operations Associate at Leadership Now Project, where he supports member management, event logistics, and the operational systems essential to connecting LNP’s national community of business leaders.

Justin brings a cross-sector background spanning Capitol Hill, financial services, and marketing. He served as a Congressional Intern researching clean energy and tax policy before moving into roles in business development and community outreach at a federal credit union and account management at an integrated cultural marketing agency. Across these roles, he developed hands-on experience with CRM platforms, project management tools, and generative AI systems applied to workflow optimization and operations. On campus at American University, Justin led Consult Your Community in roles including Marketing Director and VP of Membership Experience, overseeing marketing strategy, member engagement, and client-facing consulting engagements.

Justin holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance and Marketing from American University’s Kogod School of Business.
