Marie Adrian

Marie is the Director of Operations and Strategy at Leadership Now, where she supports organizational strategy and growth. Prior to joining Leadership Now Marie spent 7 years scaling Operations at Industrious – developing products, supporting member businesses, leading COVID response, completing M&A and international expansions, and more.

Marie graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language and Literature, and Criminal Justice.
