Varina Winder

Varina Winder co-leads the Catalyst Fund for Leadership Now, focusing on providing catalytic funding for organizations pioneering and testing new ways of mobilizing the American political center. She is the co-founder of the Arch Collaborative, a strategic initiative focused on bridging global and domestic gaps to protect women’s rights and advance gender equality. Her career spans roles across the State Department and civil society.

Varina holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Bachelor’s degrees from Georgetown University. She speaks Spanish and lives with her family in Washington, DC.
