"Milwaukee-Area Business Coalition Enters Fray on Wisconsin Elections Administrator"

Leadership Now Wisconsin members are back in action to protect Wisconsin’s democracy, penning a letter of support for embattled Wisconsin Elections Commission Administrator Meagan Wolfe.

The Wisconsin state Senate voted to remove Wolfe, who has served as administrator of the non-partisan elections commission since 2018. For years Wolfe has been the target of threats from election skeptics who falsely claim she was part of a plan to rig the 2020 vote in Wisconsin.

On August 29th, the coalition issued a press release and an open letter to Wolfe, expressing appreciation and support "for her leadership in overseeing and executing free, fair, and accessible elections in Wisconsin."

Leadership Now Wisconsin Chair Anoop Prakash, Member Tom Florsheim Jr., and other coalition leaders joined Rich Kirchen, senior reporter at the Milwaukee Business Journal, for a roundtable discussion on the issue. Read the article titled "Milwaukee-Area Business Coalition Enters Fray on Wisconsin Elections Administrator," which recaps the interview.
