Leadership Now Project Applauds Passage of 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, Urges President Trump to Sign the Bill into Law
Leadership Now Project celebrates the bipartisan congressional passage of the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, a key step towards addressing the nationwide affordability crisis affecting millions of families. This sweeping legislation includes critical provisions to cut red tape, expand the housing supply, and make it easier for more Americans to afford a home.
The bill’s fate is now uncertain, as President Trump has announced he will withhold his signature until Congress passes the SAVE America Act to restrict voting access. Common sense, bipartisan legislation should never be held hostage; we urge the president to sign the bill immediately.

While these are important first steps, more work still needs to be done to address the full scale of America’s housing shortage.”
