Stable Elections. Strong Economy. Competitive Arizona.

Election 2026

The Time for Leadership Is Now

We’re calling on fellow Arizona business leaders to help strengthen confidence in our elections.

October 13, 2026

In two new videos by Leadership Now Arizona, we make the business case for trusted elections and the leadership case for standing behind them.

Six Arizona executives joined us from across the political spectrum to share a message: stable elections are the foundation of a strong economy, and employers have a role to play in protecting them.

Stable Elections. Strong Economy.

Every decision to invest or hire rests on a business leader’s ability to plan for what’s next, and that planning depends on stability, the rule of law, and trusted institutions, including elections. We point to the safeguards that make Arizona’s elections work: training, paper ballots, bipartisan oversight, and audits.

We might not always agree on candidates or politics, but we share an interest in keeping Arizona economically competitive, and that means respecting lawful elections and their outcomes.

The Time for Leadership Is Now

Leadership means standing up for our businesses, employees, and communities, and this election season Arizona business leaders have a critical role to play. We’re encouraging other business leaders to join us by giving employees time off to vote, sharing trusted sources, and standing behind our state’s trained, certified election workers.

Whatever the outcome, the responsibility is the same: respect the process and help keep Arizona moving forward.

What We’re Asking of Employers

Supporting civic participation doesn’t require taking sides. We’re asking employers across Arizona to remind employees to check their voter registration and make a voting plan, share official information when early voting begins, send reminders ahead of Election Day, and give employees the flexibility to cast a ballot or serve as poll workers.

Many of us already do this in our own companies. At Goodmans Interior Structures, employees receive civic participation reminders throughout the election cycle and are encouraged to take paid leave to vote or serve as poll workers. Through a partnership with Power to the Polls, Goodmans gives employees who serve as poll workers a paid day off and a small stipend.
