Brett Clark is a Republican member of the Indiana State Senate representing District 24 since November 2024. A lifelong Indiana resident who grew up in North Salem, he attended Purdue University and served in the U.S. Navy before spending 33 years at the Hendricks County Sheriff's Office, rising to elected Sheriff from 2015 to 2022 and serving on the board of directors of the National Sheriffs' Association. He serves on the Agriculture, Corrections and Criminal Law, Judiciary, and Natural Resources committees, focusing on public safety, mental health crisis care, water policy, and fiscal responsibility.
