A third-generation Alaskan born and raised in Anchorage, he earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Alaska Anchorage and serves as the Executive Director of Frontier Tutoring. He previously served on the boards of the Abbott Loop Community Council and the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce, and was elected House Minority Leader in 2023, focusing on fiscal responsibility and education funding.
