Cisco Aguilar, Nevada

Cisco Aguilar is Nevada's Secretary of State, elected in 2022 as the first Latino to hold the position. A University of Nevada, Las Vegas graduate with a J.D. from the Boyd School of Law, he practiced business and sports law and served as general counsel for the United States Tennis Association before entering public life. As Secretary of State he has focused on election administration, voter access, combating misinformation about elections, and supporting Nevada's business community through streamlined corporate filing and licensing processes.
