Cait Conley, New York

Cait Conley is running as a Democrat for New York’s 17th Congressional District. A fourth-generation Hudson Valley native, she served 16 years in the U.S. Army with six overseas deployments, including combat missions in Iraq and Afghanistan, earning three Bronze Stars. After active duty, Cait led counterterrorism efforts on the National Security Council and directed election security at CISA. Her campaign focuses on lowering costs, protecting health care, modernizing infrastructure, and defending democracy. She holds a B.A. from West Point, an M.P.P. from Harvard, and an M.B.A. from MIT, and brings a mission-driven approach to pragmatic problem solving at home.
