Andrea Salinas is a Democratic U.S. Representative serving Oregon's 6th Congressional District since 2023. A University of Oregon graduate, she is the daughter of a Mexican immigrant father and spent over a decade working in public policy, including as a legislative aide in the U.S. Senate and as a staffer for several Oregon state agencies. She served in the Oregon House of Representatives before winning election to Oregon's newly created 6th District, and focuses on immigration reform, healthcare access, environmental protection, and supporting the agricultural communities of the Willamette Valley.
