Josh Riley is a Democratic U.S. Representative serving New York’s 19th Congressional District since 2025. A Cornell Law School graduate who grew up in Endicott in a union household, he worked as a labor and employment attorney, served as counsel to U.S. Senator Al Franken on the Judiciary Committee, and practiced at a major law firm before returning to the Southern Tier. He narrowly lost a 2024 House race before winning in 2026, and serves on the Agriculture and Education and Workforce committees, focusing on revitalizing upstate manufacturing, lowering costs for working families, and protecting Social Security and Medicare.
