Deidre Henderson, Utah

Deidre Henderson is the 9th Lieutenant Governor of Utah, serving since 2021 alongside Governor Spencer Cox and reelected in 2024. Born into a military family in the Netherlands, she grew up in Taylorsville, Utah and attended Brigham Young University, earning her B.A. in History in 2021 while serving in office. She worked as a campaign manager and political director for Congressman Jason Chaffetz before serving in the Utah State Senate from 2013 to 2021, and as Lieutenant Governor oversees election administration with a focus on secure mail-in voting, voter registration integrity, and civic engagement.
